Vanlife in a tiny home on wheels!

When the pandemic started I needed to find something new to do since my Photo Studio was permanently closed. I have always loved Tiny Homes and the idea of living in a home on wheels was so appealing.

I wanted to be able to travel with my dogs and to have everything I needed in one compact space and decided Vanlife looked awesome. I brought a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van and learned how to design and convert it into a tiny home. I wanted it to be very comfortable and functional at the same time. I also wanted to be fully self contained so that I could go anywhere and take my dogs with me. After traveling for a while in this van I decided I was ready to build the next one with some new ideas and with the experience that I gained. That then led to the next one and it is a Hobby that is something I love to do and love to share with others.

This is a Sprinter 170 extendedthe biggest that Mercedes makes, it has lots of room to move around and  has everything you need self contained off the grid home with full solar power. The kitchen has an oven and gas cooktop and a pullout pantry. The bathroom has a hot shower and composting toilet. Behind the drivers seat is a bench seat with a movable Lagun table to work on or eat on. Both seats in the cab swivel around to make a dining area for 3 or 4. Complete with a TV and  the most comfortable queen size bed to relax in the evening. With lots of storage in the living area and in the big garage you have room to bring all of your things on the road  with you! There is even an outdoor hot shower for cleaning up after a day on the trails or at the beach!
